Just Juice: A Class for the Young and Young at Heart

At this hands-on class, participants will get to hold, smell, and taste the fresh ingredients and the delicious fresh-pressed juice! You’ll learn about the seasonality and availability of produce in MN and the benefits of drinking fresh-pressed juice from Jami Nelson, food entrepreneur and owner of Just Juice.
Chef Matt Annand of Prairie Bay Grill will then put a new spin on the ingredients to make unique ice cream flavors you’ll be craving all summer long!
